fast repair, and detailed asset tracking. A dedicated Apple Certified
Hardware Technician will be dispatched to pick up all serviceable
equipment. These units will be either repaired onsite or at
Macprofessionals Hardware Center.
Macprofessionals maintains an extensive repair inventory
and offers an asset tracking system that documents the repair history
for every computer. Scanning the bar code of a malfunctioning unit
provides database records of that unit`s repair history, as well as
user history.
